Prize terms: the 90-minute session

These terms cover the hidden prize in the Barbee v. Tourism motel at jenniferbarbee.com. The prize is real. The cows are not.

The prize

One private virtual session with Jenn Barbee, up to 90 minutes, on a topic of the winner’s choosing. Anything goes conversationally, within reason, the law, and Jenn’s professional boundaries. Jenn may decline or redirect any topic.

The session is scheduled by mutual availability and must take place within 90 days of verification. The prize has no cash value, can’t be exchanged for cash or other services, and can’t be transferred.

Who can win

Anyone 18 or older. Employees and contractors of Destination Innovate and their immediate families aren’t eligible. Void where prohibited.

How to win

  1. Find Bessie in the motel and submit the claim form with your name and a working email address.
  2. There is one prize. It goes to the first complete, eligible claim recorded by our system, by time of receipt.
  3. We’ll email that person to verify their details. If we can’t verify them within 7 days, or they aren’t eligible, the prize goes to the next eligible claim in order of receipt.
  4. Only one claim per person. Claims made with automated tools, multiple identities or anything else that games the system don’t count.

When it ends

Claims open at launch and close when the prize is awarded and verified, or on December 31, 2026, whichever comes first.

The fine print

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary. The Sponsor may cancel or change this promotion if it can’t run as planned, for example because of a technical failure or tampering. The Sponsor’s decisions about eligibility and the winner are final.
