(A love letter to the ones behind the destination)

You, reading this between approval cycles and six open tabs. You, squeezing a strategy out of what’s left after the committee finished "editing." You, selling joy while you haven’t had a decent lunch break in two weeks.

I see you.

You’re not just “promoting a destination.” You’re building desire out of deadlines. You’re creating belonging out of brand decks. You’re selling magic—and sometimes all you have is duct tape and a good gif.

And let me say this loud and clear:

You are the vibe. The destination just gets to tag along.

People don’t book trips because of logos or slogans or perfectly curated feeds. They book because of a feeling. Because something you made sparked a story in them. They want to feel free. They want to feel seen. They want to feel something again.

And you? Somehow, in between board meetings and backend headaches—you give them that.

So here’s your reminder:

✨ That campaign you’re nervous to pitch? It’s probably brilliant.

✨ That audience you keep trying to fight for? They’re worth every slide in your deck.

✨ That gut instinct telling you it’s time to do things differently? Trust it.

The travel industry has a funny habit of celebrating the results while forgetting the humans behind them.

But not today.

Today, we honor the midnight brainstorms, the caffeine-fueled presentations, the courage it takes to push past “how we’ve always done it,” and the audacity it takes to dream big on a budget.

You are not invisible. You are not “just the marketer.” You are the heartbeat of the brand, the mood-setter, the storyteller, the spark.

So go ahead—send the bold idea. Pitch the weird campaign. Post the thing that actually makes you feel something.

And when they ask how you made it all work?

Smile. Because we both know: You’re the vibe. The destination just gets to tag along.

With love, glitter, and a side-eye for every bad brief, Jenn
